Bruichladdich introduce #leavenotrace bags

By August 17, 2021May 13th, 2022No Comments

s part of their B Corp’s commitment to use less and better, Bruichladdich Distillery, based in Islay, has been improving the packaging in their Laddie Shop. We’re delighted that one of changes they have made is to introduce #leavenotrace garment bags made from Hydropol.

They first became aware of the bags from fellow B Corp, Finisterre, who were the first to introduce them in 2019. They’re non-toxic to the environment, marine-safe and 100% biodegradable without harmful micro-plastics. Being hot water soluble, their customers are able to dispose of them safely at home in a sink using just a kettle full of hot water (or putting it in the dishwasher when running a hot wash).
