Technical & Business Development Director of Aquapak, Dr John Williams will be sharing his expertise on the circular economy, good cycling and alternatives to single-use plastic during both days of the Innovations in Food Europe event.
Taking place in London 23-24 October 2019, the first day sees Dr Williams take part in the panel discussion about Policy and Regulation framing the European Food Industry. He will be sharing further thoughts on day two during his conference presentation.
Addressing the ban on throwaway packaging and its impact on food packaging will be of particular interest to many of the attendees and is expected to cause much debate. Being a globally recognized expert in bioplastics, an advisor to BEIS and Ellen MacArthur as well as serving on the Green Economy Panel (Leeds region) John will share his scientific and practical approach to this issue.
