Hydropol™ is easily extruded or laminated onto paper using existing processes and machinery. This allows Hydropol™ coated paper to run on both high-speed horizontal and vertical, form, fill and seal (HFFS & VFFS) lines and enables paper to be used as a genuine replacement for traditional multi-layer plastics.
Hydropol™ coated paper packaging can go into domestic recycling bins and will dissolve in the paper mill providing up to 100% fibre recovery with no additional complexity or contamination.
